Hi all,

For those of you that fancy a gentle ride of approx 20 miles this Tuesday evening, departing Costa at 6:30pm
No real hills, gentle pace and hopefully some scary stories being told en route.

Depending on how his work goes on Monday, Matt may join this ride (he came along on one of Andy's evening rides)

The weather is forecast to be rainy.
Just to make it clear, I will be out for the ride, even if a little dodgy. However if the rain is either torrential, sideways or continuously down pouring I will not be there. But the hardcore of you, feel free to carry on. Otherwise if not any of the mentioned I will be there including mild inclement weather.

Got a little video suitable for this thread somewhere. Maybe save it for Tuesday

*I will be there rain or shine, haven't tested the waterproofs yet.

As long as my legs are working again by then - at the moment my knees won't bend!!!  

How did the little jog go my dear.?

Lovely little jog along the seafront in the sunshine  

But the rest of the miles were quite hard work!! Made it to the end though
