Same as we did before with a nice little climb on the way out and a sod of a hill on the way back.

Looking at the title of this thread, are you sure you are ok after your unscheduled dismount Scott ?

I've sorted a couple of bits .....

https://ridewithgps.com/routes/17973224

km38.8 you can go straight on missing out the rough stuff around the headland.
km40.8 note the left at the roundabout.
km42.2 re-routed onto roads rather than cycle path stuff through the houses !!
km54.8 scenic re-route for Gorge views Smile

And anyone who needs more coffee ... The Retreat at km58.7 is a sanctuary

Looks like I am going to have to miss this one.

Most of the bruising on my hand from last weeks fall has gone but it is still there on the part that contacts the bar. Also I tried to take it round the block today (crappy weather for it) and the vibration through the bar into my hand stopped me after a couple of hundred metres. It didn't seem that bad at the time.

I've loosened the clip on the pedal, so hopefully it will disengage easier now and I wont have such a stupid fall next time.

Portishead is outa range for the moment in my medically compromised state. I'm planning on dropping in on the Retreat around 1pm on the off chance people make a second coffee stop.
