Nice route scott, are you missing the hill at tortworth !! as if you go the opposite way and go up that hill its a challenge LOL, if not then not to worry its a nice route anyway !

is a bent sprocket !!!!

I was playing musical cassettes last night - the bent one is now on
the "turbo" wheel, the pg1070 is on the boy's wheel, the ultegra
6600 one is on the mtb/path bike and the new one is .... still not
on my desk .... bummer !


an hour on and "lo, It doth arrive ....." new cassette now on
the desk :-)

talking about dirt is there such thing as chain oil that doesn't turn black?

Always wondered why just a quick spin round the block the oil goes black even after a thorough degrease....mmm

I've used "Rock n Roll" with some notable cleanliness success
on both mtb's and my beloved Trek :-)

I haven't finished next Wednesdays yet but all being well will post tonight after consultation we the powers that be! (I am off work today and have take the powers that be out for lunch then shopping)
