I'm available on Wednesday afternoon for a quick one from 3pm. Depending on who is interested I will plan the route accordingly for about a 25 miler. Should be about 2 hours.

I like to think positively

I won't be able to leave until 3pm but I am guessing I could meet you at Aldi around 3:05pm as my house is just five mins from there. Keep an eye out and if you are feeling charitable hang on a minute or two ( ride slow to Aldi) if I am not there carry on without me.

My boy needs picking up from football at 3, so not going to make this after all. Shame - the sun is out. Had forgotten what sunlight felt like.

I am not going to go out today, still feeling like poo, and with all that talk of never catching colds whilst riding Sunday

Apologies something has come up this afternoon so I'm going to try and get out a bit earlier for a couple of hours. May do a reccy of your route though.
