Late May Bank Holiday next Monday 27th

We are looking at a slightly shorter than Monday but Backwards up Burrington and DOWN Cheddar
More will follow if we have enough interest.

Maybe the fitter amongst you will want to the same route as last Mondays but backwards?

It's on it's way
Two routes one 80 miles or so and one at over the century .
Mass ride to Cheddar split 80 miles one way 100 the other .regroup at Sandbay and mass tt back home.

Watch this space.

I've never actually descended Cheddar Gorge so sounds like a good plan (Burrington's quite a nice climb to), 80 miles sounds good to me to

As you can see we can all eat cake and ice cream at the bottom of Cheddar.Then those with the legs can veer off and take a slightly longer route to Sandbay for a picnic where hopefully we can re group.

Would love to do either ride, especially descending Cheddar, but unfortunately I won't be around for this. I hope you all have an enjoyable and safe ride.

Depends if my beloved Brighton make it to the play off final as I could well be at Wembley that day. If not, I'd be up for the 138km because with cycling to and from start I will eventually make that century!!

I would like to say a long ride, that pace in the lead group destroyed my legs though.

I'm gutted I can't make this next ride. I have to work the next Bank Holiday. Someone has to make sure that the people of Bristol are kept safe.
