Saturday 22nd June

I will not be leading a ride this Saturday as I have a couple of family committments to attend to so if someone else wants to step in then you are most welcome.

As its my last weekend I thought I'd do two rides. So here goes, This is probably my favourite club ride. Across the bridge, up through Shirenewton, onto Devauden dropping down into Tintern and back through Chepstow across the bridge and home. We did this a few weeks ago as a mid-week ride and stopped for cake at Tintern Abbey, if that's looking busy there's always the old station cafe too.

Fingers crossed my lungs perform a bit better than at yesterday's BBBR.

Just to confirm, I'll begin this ride from Costa at Bradley Stoke at 10.

..and what time would you anticipate we would be back at Costa after the ride?

I'd reckon between 2-3pm, It's quite hilly so that will slow the average speed and it depends on the speed of the service at the cake stop.

Should be there (unless we screw up a planned server move on Friday and I end up working the weekend :p ).

You realise you've just put a hex on that server move don't you Nick ????

Isn't Hex the computer at Unseen Uni? Maybe the Librarian can help?
