| Hi guys,
Was really hoping to make it back for this one tonight, but I'm in Maidenhead at the time of writing this with a meeting that starts at 4 - so unlikely to make it back in time.
Have a good ride!

| 25 miles tonight.New lights are pretty good we were riding three abreast down the lane with Grant on one side me on the other with out big lights and Gordon in the middle it was like riding in a car on dip beam.Couple of times cars came towards us and seemed quite confused I don't think they could believe that bike lights could be so bright. If you do any night time riding on unlit or badly lit roads they are worth investing in. See you all on Sunday Ps got new Brooks saddle fitted tonight, so nice and comfy and not even bedded in yet!! _________________ “We can't just drop everything, sir!" "Mister Lipwig. | Just to add to Scott's comments... A pleasant ride this evening, and one that definitely highlighted the difference in quality between a £20 light (mine) and the £80 light (Scott's). It's definitely worth paying the difference if you have the funds available. Had I realised how much better the £80 light was, I probably would have bought that in the first place as the difference really is amazing. Anyway... Thanks for a good ride tonight, and for waiting for me! Looking forward to getting out again on Sunday - by the way it looks like the weather will be good this weekend: http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/sw/bristol_forecast_weather.html-Gordon | |
