Saturday 6th July - Early morning quickie! (cancelled)

I'm taking my mother out for lunch next Saturday so I'll have time for a quick one before I go. I need to start early so that I can be back at Costa for 10am so if someone wants to post another longer ride starting later then please carry on.

Change of plan for me now as I'm cycling at the Newport Velodrome on Friday evening I shall be rewarding myself with a lie in on Saturday morning.

Can I suggest that as Ricky G and Helen F want an early start that the two of you carry on and agree a start time. I can supply other routes if you want something longer than I originally posted.
