August bank Holiday ride I think 26th

I think i floated this before but what do we think.

Methinks 'tis a good 'un! (You've mercifully avoided Littledean Hill (that goes the back way up to Cinderford) - the most evil hill in all the forest!)

Possible pint and a pie at Parkend given that we'll have done the hardest by then and deserve a treat!

Yeah looks good to me, fingers-crossed we don't have typical BH weather

Yep as it's a Bank Holiday special we will start at the earlier time of 09.00.

So. I finish my night shift at 0730. I can definitely make the start, it's just whether I'll still be alive at the end..........verdict?

Better take some ear-plugs, there's some 4,400 feet of climbing on this ride, today's (18 August) ride had a mere 2,000 feet.

I may have a pass for this one. Its been a while so it could be painful - but than again, its all downhill from Gloucester, isn't it?

Over the bridge up to St Brivals down through the forest up to Gloucester back this side of the river easy peesy

Looks like a great route Scott.... If I get back from Brighton in time I'll be popping along to join in.

If its not already up there, can this be added to the 'sticky favourite rides' section it looks amazing!  Not sure what my plans are for this weekend yet but I hope to get out with ya'll Saturday or Sunday or Monday or a dolly mixture.
