Saturday 26th October - Afternoon

I'm working nights, finishing Saturday morning. I'd be keen for a little ride somewhere, in the afternoon, nothing too strenuous. Out to Berkeley and back perhaps. Anyone interested?

Tom, what time were you thinking on Saturday? I need to go to Gatwick in the morning and this could work quite well.

Nowt to do with knowing you tube I am just very old and remember these things then just search.This one was well before your time young lady!

Tom, I'd like to do Berkeley with you but I'm not sure I could make a 1pm start (due to work in the morning). A 2pm start would be better for me.

Gary, I could do 2pm as I need to go to Gatwick in the morning

How about this nice little 43 miler, no major climbs - Route. We can take afternoon tea in Berkeley.
Start from Costa/BS as per usual.
Current weather forecast for Saturday is for strong winds and showers.

Gosh sounds almost too good to miss out on....... Meandering around slowly and pretty much aimlessly in the pouring October rain. Though tempted I'm going to stick to a hot bath with a bottle of Vodka,200 paracetamol and a couple of nice new razor blades........ Maybe next time!
