I'm up for a couple of hours later, what did you have in mind? I've just finished a night shift and won't see your response until about 1300. I could do any time from about 1430.....

Hi Tom, needed to be back by 3 so couldn't do an afternoon ride. Done a quick local loop and just about to eat the entire contents of the fridge
