I am working on the week after as we speak.

Before I get told about it Just to let you know that on the calendar I have had to put the start time down as 09.30.This is due to the fact that the main club ride starts at 10.00 and you cant put two events on at same time (Well I cant work how to)
These  recovery rides will start about 10.15 ish   once the main group has gone.

I will also be there.

I rode with Scott yesterday, from Hill - cake loop plus an extra bit past the old flour mill near Berkeley (total 12 miles and he was quite OK with the two little hills); I was impressed by how well he's doing.

I've avoided the Sunday rides since my accident because I can't maintain my old pace, but this "rehab ride" gives me the perfect opportunity to meet up with old friends and do something useful at the same time. I'm looking forward to it.
