Re hab 29th

John is taking us on a Magical mystery tour next week. BUT rest assured it will be the usual re hab formula 20-25 miles fairly flat maybe one hill just to prove we can. AND a tea/cake stop.

I've been up early to watch the wind and so far it isn't good. If it gets any harder, I don't think I will be going on the ride.
