Sunday 20th Santa Ride

Next week is the annual Santa ride Please do try to attend with at least a Santa hat stuck on your helmet.
I am hoping to get some photos to put on the Willow Centre Web/Facebook page.
I expect we will do the same route as the others but at our pace so the public will get two chances to see us!

Should be there for this one, even if it means I get weird looks from the new neighbours as I set off...At the risk of sounding like a complete numpty, do you just zip tie the Santa hat to the top of your helmet or do you know somewhere to buy massive ones which will go all around?

Also, I'm guessing flappy red trousers + chain isn't recommended?

I'm looking at zip tie/velcro combination hat fastening systems

Zip ties seem to work with a couple of tesco bags inside so it sticks up .(other bags are available for 5p but I did see some one selling a used one the other day on a facebook for sale site for 3p.Used only once!)
trousers + gaffer tape/duck tape.
Mind you until you have ridden with a nylon fluffy beard you have never ridden
