After my "No show" today and with the foul weather it will be nice to get back in the saddle.I will try a couple of gentles in the week so all being well I should be ok for this.
As I said sorry about last Sunday but sometimes you have to listen to your body.

I'm hoping to make this one, but I'll be going on Sunday 14th as Sunday 13th could be tricky. Smile
