Over the bridge to visit a cafe we havent been to for a long time Seawalls cafe to see Wendy. The route is as I said somewhere else a touch longer than normal but is very flat once we are over the bridge There is one hill (It wouldnt be the same with out a hill) the nice long steady climb into Shirenewton then back down through the wood and out across the moors .I have posted the route here BUT it may alter a bit once i check it out on Tuesday
