well whilst Kate is off being an Iron man and Lizzy is off doing something equally as silly we are going to have a gentle little recovery ride to the Two Tunnels at Baff! Dont worry about the two little blips on the elevation chat it doesnt know we go through the tunnels BUT worry about the big one on the way back That is a real HILL one of the top 100 climbs in England i believe.
To be fair if you dont feel you want to tackle it (it is very steep) then you can return along the cycle track back to bristol ,but where is the fun in that?
