Now all the challenges are more or less over all returns to normal next Sunday and what better than a trip to Tintern to visit what was Jeff's second home and main refueling stop whilst he was on his challenge.
Might be a few hills but not to many and the ones we do are not silly steep. I will just check the route tonight and post up later.

Here is the main part of the route .As you can see it starts/Finishes at the bridge but thats just from wjhen I did it last week We start from our normal time and place and I think we all know the way to the bridge by now .As you can see it looks like only 36 miles but dont forget to add the run to the bridge and back to the mileage .

Its ok I have redrawn the route so its now out and back .
