As it's another bank Holiday and the last one before Christmas (Not long now) we are going to have a nice little quiet ride in wales and the Forest .This is the same route that we did last year as a night ride and it was fantastic in the dark so should be even more fun in the blazing sunshine. it has a couple of climbs but ones we have all done before and as i will be there they will be slow but OH BOY the going down bits are great.
First food stop is the Red Door Deli then if we need it a quick stop and refuel at Dean cycles at Parkend.70 miles with just over 4000ft so not to hard.
