Bit late this week due to various things happening but here we are nice little gentle ride to Seawalls cafe to see Wayne ,Only really one hill as we are doing the night ride friday and not sure if we will have any legs left Plus Steve our lead out man is at a wedding Saturday so might be feeling a tad fragile.
