Wednesday evening rides

As it’s becoming a rather popular mid-week affair, we thought it’d be worth a post to formally introduce the Wednesday ‘Tempo’ ride. Route can be found below. Generally a 6pm start from Bradley Stoke Costa and a slightly faster pace albeit shorter in distance. Depending on numbers we’d look to have two groups running with one averaging 14mph and the other around 17mph (both approximate and decided by the riders on the day). Worth noting that while/if the weather is kind, we tend to find our way to The Fox in Easter Compton for a quick refreshment on the way back to Bradley Stoke (mile 22 on route).
