37 miles with a bit of climbing (you can't get to Marshfield without a bit of climbing),this means the pace be will slow & steady.

Looking back on my Garmin/Strava stats I am averaging 10-11 mph.

Ok thanks Scott, I see you must be getting fitter as it seems also the mileage on these re-hab rides is increasing a lot from a few months ago.
I hope to do the longer ride next Sunday but those hills on the route look daunting !!!!

NEW route .30 miles still a bit of climbing unfortunately. We will do Andys next time we go to Marshfield.
