Anyone fancy a leg spinner on Tuesday or Wednesday ... Or both???

Define Leg spinner? If you mean cycle yes...I am clearly not down with the cycling jargon.

Spinning,gives reference to pushing a lower gear at steady pace,rather than ball's out t/t or racing

spinning, by inference, is NOT pushing a gear :)

think twiddling along a low gear at high revs ... :D

Balls out riding is, by definition, potentially hazardous, especially without a chain guard or in cold weather.

But more hazardous in warm weather without a chain guard surely

2pm today, bridge by Sainsbury's in Emersons Green. Richard and I going for a spin.

I should be headed out around 6pm for a fast(ish) 25-30 miler if anyone's interested (will be a North Bristol route and could leave from Costa if interested). Nothing too extreme, around 17mph target but definitely faster than a typical Sunday ride.

Sure, yeah I won't be going mad (you're faster than me anyhow :p ) but if my legs cooperate I'll be pushing myself from time to time on the ride. See you at 6:15
