WED 13TH EVENING RIDE

I should be there if I can get back in time so dont wait for me.

6.30 is just a wee bit too early for me and two hours is a bit too long for a weekday evening.

I wondered if there was any interest in a group also heading out at 6.45 for an hour and trying to get some miles in. Be a short sharp ride at a good pace but a good challenge.

Route would be Bradley Stoke, Almondsbury, Olveston, Cow Hill, Oldbury On Severn, Thornbury, Earthcott, Lattridge, Bradley Stoke.

Hey how about we call this a challenge and see if we can post a time and then continually try and improve it ? I think the route is approximately 20 miles so aim for a 20 miles per hour pace (my maths is getting better!)

Start Bradley Stoke - Finish at the Crossroads where I normally divert off home.

This is an alternate and not a replacement ride from the current Wednesday ride.

Rather than get all confusing and also a few said they couldn't make Wednesdays I will put my ride off until Thursday if you want.

Is it that confusing ? One ride leaves at 6.30, one at 6.45. Simples. Up to you if you want to move it. Not much interest yet in my Wednesday Burn ride.

Neil do you mind a MBR riding with you, with all that tyre noise and clunky gear shifts.

More the merrier. You can set the pace on those tractor tyres !

Is the slow(er) ride cancelled now? I need to start getting out but am more walking than riding pace atm so will set off earlier on my tod if there's only one quick ride tonight.

I can't make 6.45 now, huge apologies however something important has come up with work.

no worries its raining, how about tomorrow night, its meant to be warmer tomorrow.
