Rehab /recovery ride 8th November

I really liked this one so lets do it again! Off to Severn Beach   next Sunday .Again about 20 miles unfortunately we have to climb back up off the moors but hey I can always walk or get a push.  500ft of climbing and that is nearly all in one lump so we will walk that bit.

I have been assured that the cafe is open in Severn Beach so Fish and Chips and tea at the sea side.
There are NO excuses why you cannot come out next week .Want to go a bit farther?Bit quicker than my 10 mph average? Then there is the club ride over the bridge to Tintern with Pete H

This is a perfect chance to build back up after all that time off the bike you have had lately.
