I have spoken to scott about this and he is happy to encourage riders who want a faster club run to come with us...
You may know Severn RC as another north Bristol based cycling club, and although we are a racing club, we have some winter club runs which go a fair distance (3-4) hrs and pace at about 17mph av. I'm trying to re-launch our club runs as attendance has been low, and I would welcome anyone from your club to come along. Depending on who comes out, I want to incorporate café stops, but this has received a mixed reaction from my club, so I'm anticipating a split up on the ride at this point.
So we are going to meet at the Hollow tree pub in Bradley stoke, leaving just after 9am. At the moment the route will be sorted between us on the day (we will have a rota of club run leaders).
