Next week is the cake ride normal format one route slower shorter and almost! flat https://ridewithgps.com/routes/4353054I expect Gary or some other mad fool will post a longer harder hillier route for you youngsters who need to build up an appetite for pavlova. PLEASE PLEASE make a note that there will most likely be TWO routes next week one slower and relativly flat the other longer faster and hillier.PLEASE do NOT join in the faster route with out knowing what you are letting yourself in for. | |

| Hello I haven't been on an NBCC ride for a long time (wifey has changed her working hours now so 10.00 start is now ok) I was wondering what pace the Alternative cake ride usually goes at now Scott and others have improved over the last year from reading the weekly reports. I haven't ridden for about a month after I managed to crash and break a few ribs !!!! So it would be the first ride since. No panic though the bike was fine |
