Sorry for not being around for the last few weekends but I'm back and need to get my legs spinning.

I have got Wednesday off this week the weather looks fairly benign so I'm off out to stretch my legs and rack up the final Metric Century of the road.cc Metric Century Challenge of the year. I'm willing to have routes suggested to me as long as they hit 62 miles I'm happy.

If anyone is interested feel free to let me know, usual start at Costa for 10:00.
