I'm hoping to be properly back on the bike by the weekend so hope to make this. I hate bad backs, makes it bloody hard to do any decent cycling.
Apart from one day last week commuting for a couple of miles I've had to rest up.
I'm going to try and put in a bit of a longer ride this week after work and see if I can manage a good distance.
Thursday sounds like a good day to test my back out, I'll try and meet out with Andy and see how I get on.
